This combo is made up of three parts: in the first part, I explain the trick (which I am sorry, I don't know the name of). I explain it on the floor, then up on the pole. In the second part, I explain the whole second part of the combo (up on the pole), then I continue with explaining the beginning of the combo (the climb) and end up by showing the whole combo and repeating the explanations one more time briefly. 

This is how I break down a long combo for my students, and I wanted to share this with you as well, for those of you who have a higher level. For the Sit Wrist part, we already have a tutorial uploaded in the subscriptions area, and if you need a more detailed tutorial on how to do the fan kick in spin, I can provide this for you next week 🥰
