The Full Yogic Breath is a deeply balancing pranayama (breathing exercise). It is known as three-part breath because it works with three different sections of the torso and naturally engages all three lobes of the lungs. Full Yogic Breath revitalizes the entire body with prana (life force). In particular, it benefits the vital organs, which can easily become stagnant, constricted, or fraught with emotional and physical tension when we experience stress. Full Yogic Breath relieves stress, refreshes the mind, and activates the parasympathetic nervous system, encouraging a calmer, more balanced state of being overall.
Über den Trainer/Lehrer
Jason Milne was first introduced to yoga as a way to relieve chronic low-back pain. After experiencing the tremendous physical benefits of practicing yoga Jason immersed himself in the study and teaching of the therapeutic, spiritual and esoteric aspects of the science of yoga. He has been practicing yoga for more than twenty years and he has been teaching yoga professionally around the world for the past twelve years. Jason has gratefully devoted his life to the study, practice, teaching and sharing of the science of Tantra Yoga. He feels a deep sense of gratitude to the art and science of yoga that enabled him to heal himself and his mission is to share the transformational teachings with those who want to fulfill their innate potential and step into their full power physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Jason currently travels around the world teaching Tantra Yoga, as well as yoga teacher training courses, retreats, workshops, yoga therapy sessions and a variety of yoga and meditation styles. His classes are held in English.
