Es erwartet Dich eine Klasse, die sich darauf konzentriert, wie wir unsere Praxis auf der Matte in unser Leben integrieren können. Dieser Flow basiert auf der intelligenten Magie um Deinen Körper (das Fasziensystem) und verbindet Atem mit Bewegung. Du wirst auf eine andere Art und Weise herausgefordert, als Du es vielleicht aus anderen Klassen gewohnt bist. Wir werden spielen und den Körper mittels dynamischen Bewegungen nähren.

EN: Sunday marks the end of the week and the beginning of a new week. The space in between the old and the new offers us the opportunity to reflect and set intentions. This class honors this special opportunity. You can expect a themed class that will focus on how we can integrate our practice on the mat into our lives. This flow is developed and based on the intelligent magic around your body (the fascial system) and links breath with movement. Expect to be challenged in a different way than you might be used to from other classes. We will play and nurture the body with the food of movement. Level: for experienced and active Yogis.
