Inhalt
Having become familiar with the gentle stretches in a supine position and incorporated them into your daily waking-up routine, we will introduce more practices that can be done without first getting up, resulting in feeling better and more energetic once we do.
It is recommended that you follow this routine at least 3 (ideally 5) times every week, so that you can keep up with the course progression - and develop the habit of practising regularly, which is the best way to truly experience the effects of yoga on your daily life.
As we go through the different progressions, feel free to mix and match different asanas as per your need and time available. When it comes to the practices of pranayama, however, it is recommended to follow the weekly updates and to stick to the practices given for that week.
If any of these practices feel challenging, stay with the course material for the previous week until you feel quite comfortable with them and ready to move on - there is no rush in yoga!

Professeur de Yoga diplomé et accrédité selon la tradition du Satyananda Yoga / Bihar qui exige 4 ans d'études. En plus, Mahesh a été formé pendant plusieurs années en résident dans l'ashram de Munger, Inde durant un approfondissement spéciale nommé le "Sannyasa training" Mahesh pratique et étudie le Satyananda / Bihar Yoga depuis plus de neuf ans, presque la moitié de ce temps il l'a passé en formation à l'école du Bihar School of Yoga à Munger, en Inde. Il enseigne uniquement les cours ONLINE.
