Because you're pregnant it does not mean that you have to stop moving! In the words of Kim, this practice is meant for the days when you feel "big, not fit, everything is in the way but you want to move" :) Reminding yourself of your strength yet moving with softness. Open to any stage of pregnancy, this routine can of course also be practiced by anyone in need of a short movement practice. Open to all levels. Born and raised in France, I have been living in Switzerland since 2013. I went to my first yoga class in 2011 and fell in love with it immediately but in my hectic student life I did not really made the time to fit a regular practice. It is not before 2014 that I really depend my practice and also incorporated meditation in my daily life. In 2015 I left to travel for a year and got my yoga education (mainly in India, but also Thailand, Costa Rica and Canada) and trained with different people all over. Back in Zurich I also did a yin and kids yoga teacher training. I want to create a space for students to connect to their own practice and feel safe doing it. I like to incorporate different styles into my classes and encourage people to also have a self-practice at home. The beauty of yoga is that you can practice at any stage of your life. Something magical happens when you step on your mat, breath and tune into yourself. Every day and every practice is different. I want to be able to share this with others.
