Die Kakao-Zeremonie ist ein schamanisches Ritual. Begründet von der Olmec Kultur hat sie eine lange Tradition bei den Mayas und Inkas. Die indigenen Völker sollen die Zeremonie im Rahmen ihrer Bemühungen, das Ungleichgewicht zwischen Mensch und Natur auszugleichen, ins Leben gerufen haben. Das Ritual hat das Ziel, uns zu Klarheit und Selbstbestimmung zu verhelfen, innere Blockaden zu lösen und uns in einen Zustand der Harmonie zu versetzen. Darüber hinaus soll sie zu unserer Erdung und zu mehr Wertschätzung von Mutter Erde beitragen.

Wie jede Pflanze hat Cacao ein eigenes Bewusstsein, aber Cacao ist neben einer Medicine Plant auch eine Teacher Plant. Das bedeutet, dass diese Pflanze auch ihr Wissen mit uns teilt. Wenn man zeremonielle Cacao (unbehandelt, roh, biologisch angebaut, fair gehandelt, zeremoniell zubereitet) zu sich nimmt, öffnet sich uns eine neue Welt. Cacao verbindet uns mit unserem Herzen und mit dem Herzen der Erde.

In meinen Kakao-Zeremonien gebe ich im Gegensatz zum Heilkreis kein bestimmtes Thema vor. Wir trinken zusammen eine Tasse mit Liebe zubereitete Cacao und lassen die Energie der Pflanze wirken. Die Heilkraft und eben auch 'Lehrkraft' der Pflanze wirkt in uns und ich spüre intuitiv, was wir als Gruppe in dieser Zeremonie brauchen. Die Zeremonie wird so zu sagen von der Pflanze selbst geführt. Wir dürfen uns hingeben, geschehen lassen und dankend annehmen.

Jeder erlebt die Pflanzenkraft ganz individuell. Ich würde meine Erlebnisse mit Cacao wie folgt beschreiben: Diese wunderbare Heilpflanze brauchen wir heute mehr denn je. Sie bringt uns zurück zu unserem Kern - zum Kern ganz tief in unseren Herzen, sowie zum tiefen Kern unseres Planeten. Die starke Erdung, welche Cacao in uns aktiviert, schenkt uns Geborgenheit und das Gefühl von Sicherheit, welches wir oft durch unsere menschlichen Erfahrungen verloren haben. Die Energie umarmt uns so liebevoll wie eine Mutter ihr Kind und gibt uns unser Urvertrauen zurück.

Ich fühle mich geehrt, diese wunderbare Zeremonie in die Schweiz zu bringen und Teil einer so unglaublich kraftvollen Heilung unseres Planeten zu sein.

The cacao ceremony is a shamanic ritual. Founded by the Olmec culture, it has a long tradition among the Mayas and Incas. Indigenous peoples are said to have created the ceremony as part of their efforts to balance the imbalance between humans and nature. The ritual aims to help us achieve clarity and self-determination, release inner blockages and bring us to a state of harmony. In addition, it is intended to contribute to our grounding and greater appreciation of Mother Earth.

Like any plant, Cacao has a consciousness of its own, but Cacao, in addition to being a Medicine Plant, is also a Teacher Plant. This means that this plant also shares its knowledge with us. When ceremonial Cacao (untreated, raw, organic, fair trade, ceremonially prepared) is ingested, a new world opens up to us. Cacao connects us to our heart and to the heart of the earth.

In my cacao ceremonies, unlike the healing circle, I do not give a specific theme. We drink together a cup of cacao prepared with love and let the energy of the plant work. The healing power and also the 'teaching power' of the plant works in us and I intuitively feel what we need as a group in this ceremony. The ceremony is led by the plant itself. We are allowed to surrender, let it happen and accept it with gratitude.

Everyone experiences the power of the plant individually. I would describe my experiences with Cacao as follows: We need this wonderful healing plant today more than ever. It brings us back to our core - to the core deep in our hearts, as well as to the deep core of our planet. The strong grounding that Cacao activates in us gives us security and the feeling of safety that we have often lost through our human experiences. The energy embraces us as lovingly as a mother embraces her child and restores our primal trust.
