The practice of yoga has much more to offer than I can fit into a 60 or 75 minute class. That is why I put together this three-part masterclass. During these three masterclasses we will explore a fuller range of the yogic practice, offering a thorough asana practice, complimented by meditation, pranayama and philosophy. During this masterclass you will be taken on a journey through the body, soul and mind. We will explore the three global acts of the universe; creation, maintenance and dissolution. These acts flow through everything that we feel, think and do. Being able to take a step back and see how everything is flowing in this beautiful dance of the three acts will allow you to see patters in your own life more clearly. Seeing these patterns will not only allow you to be more present and conscious in difficult situations, but it will also enable you to appreciate the moments of joy, fortune and happiness more fully.

Although the classes build up, there is no need to attend all the classes. This course is not suitable for absolute beginners.
