- Ab Level Intermediate: Du fühlst dich im Straddle Invert, Front und Back Balance wohl
- Workshop Inhalt: Schwünge in Amazon und Armpit Positions mit dynamischen Übergängen, Diverse Seiten- & Vorwärts- Schwünge, Lion Rolls
- 16.15 - 18.15h Dynamics & Ellbow Rolls
- Ab Level Inter - Advanced +: Du kennst eventuell schon 1-2 Rolls und bist bereit in diesem Workshop Rolls intensiv zu lernen. Du fühlst dich in Split-Shapes wohl.
- Workshop Inhalt: Verschiedene Ein- & Ausgänge in vor- & rückwärts Rollen, spielerische Übergänge in Splits und fortgeschrittene Tricks
Die Workshops finden ab einem Minimum von 5 bzw. Maximum 14 Personen statt.
Der Apparatus wird zu zweit geteilt.

- Ab Level Intermediate - Advanced: Aerial Invert, Front & Back Balance
- Workshop Inhalt: dynamische Variationen zum klettern, Abgänge und Übergänge, Schwünge und Abfaller, fliessende Eingänge in Scorpio/Fledermaus, Flag

- Flowy entries into Scorpio/Bat, Flag
Workshops will be held with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 14 participants.
The apparatus will be shared between two people.

Diana Hen
Diana studierte an der Zirkusschule und hat viele Privat Stunden während den letzten 8 Jahren besucht. Neben den Ausbildungen, liebt sie es, sich durch die Luftakrobatik freizufühlen und sich damit voll und ganz ausdrücken zu können. Es ist ihre liebste Art durch die Luftakrobatik mit den Menschen kommunizieren zu können. Sei das während einer Performance mit dem Publikum oder während dem unterrichten mit Schüler*innen. Mit viel Herzblut und Erfahrungen teilt sie ihr Wissen in ihren Workshops.

Die Anmeldung für Workshops ist verbindlich und wird bei Verhinderungen (jeglicher Art) nicht zurückerstattet. Bei einer Abmeldung fallen 100% der Workshop-Gebühren an. Es sei denn, der Platz kann besetzt werden. Es gibt jedoch keinen Anspruch auf Rückerstattung, Gutschrift oder Übertragung, wenn der Platz nicht besetzt wird. Die Anmeldung ist erst Bestätigt beim Eingang der vollständigen Zahlung.
Bei unzureichender Teilnehmerzahl kann der Workshop vom Veranstalter abgesagt werden. Die Klasse wird in diesem Fall gutgeschrieben.

If the number of participants is insufficient, the workshop can be canceled by the organizer. The class will be refund in this case.
