Hike & Yoga at Seealpsee 2021

Description:
Imagine lying down in the grass after a smooth yoga class, surrounded by mountains and serenaded by the sounds of cow bells and the wind... Does that sound like something you want to do? If YES, here is the plan: let's meet next to the Alpenrose guest house in Wasserauen, then enjoy a beautiful hike up to Seealpsee lake (approx. 1h-1h30, ). Once there we'll practice 75min of yoga and meditation. We can then enjoy a picnic together in this beautiful scenery!
What to bring: - Hiking shoes / Good trainer shoes - Comfortable light clothing to move (you can bring a spare top for the yoga class if you wish) - Hat and Sunscreen - Yoga mat or a large towel (let us know if you need a mat) - A picnic and WATER - Optional: a bathing suit (if you like fresh water!)

Come on your own or bring your friends or family and let's enjoy a beautiful sunny day in the mountains!
