Inside Flow is derived from Vinyasa Flow yoga. A flowing sequence of asanas guided by breath and modern music. A symbiosis of tradition and evolution. During this practice, a choreography with asanas is set up to modern music, in which every breath movement leads to a body movement. The breath guides the movements and every movement is synchronised with the inhalation and exhalation. For everyone who would like to experience dynamic and powerful flow and who would like to improve their physical condition and experience meditation in motion!
