Join internationally touring yoga teacher and art therapist Lara Zilibowitz, and mystical musician Benny Holloway, to sensitise back to your wild, untamed essence as you map the topography of your inner wilderness with every breath and movement.

Through embodied meditation and rewilding movement, you’re invited to strip away layers of stress, muscle clench and coping, to reveal your deeper nature, and reclaim the innate intelligence your body holds.

We will move through sensual, breath-guided vinyasa yoga masterclasses of pure feeling, accompanied by live musical expression, holding space for the full array of sensory and emotional symptoms that arise - the sublime as well as the ugly - in order to savour the full human experience: body, mind and spirit, alive, open and integrated.
