Join us for a combined Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork class to embrace the Pink Full Moon of April!
We practice together to open up, to let go of what no longer serves us and to feel pure contentment. The evening begins with Kundalini Yoga; practicing a powerful Kriya to release and cleanse, with a focus on our lungs as a preparation for the conscious connected breathwork session. Then guided through a beautiful meditation to embrace April’s full moon, which is associated with the bustling life and vibrant growth of spring. To conclude this journey, we will continue a Breathwork session guided by music and vocals, during which you will be lying on your mat, breathing only through your mouth. So to fully surrender and let go.

I had been practicing Yoga on and off for a couple of years, mostly Hatha and Vinyasa, when I first heard someone talking about Kundalini Yoga. Without knowing much about it, I went for a trial class. And when I left the studio, I felt so deeply content, calm and at peace. I wanted to know more about it and became curious. And above all, I wanted to feel like that again. Through my regular Kundalini practice I have gained physical and mental strength, confidence, consciousness and peace of mind. And now, I look forward to passing on these effects in my classes. Besides Kundalini, I love books and have been working in the art book publishing world for many years. I am also one of the founding members and organizers of the independent art book fair VOLUMES (www.volumeszurich.ch)
