Vanessa’s passion is to create spaces for people to drop in, let go and slow down. Sound to her is one of the most powerful tools as it can support us getting into a soft state of being and receiving and connecting to what lies in the silence. With her many Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Bowls and other instruments Vanessa takes you on a vibrational journey within.

Co-Founder & Co-Owner of Elevate Studio, Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Certified Teacher (500 hr), Certified Shakti Dance Facilitator, People Engagement Manager @Teralytics. Training in various forms of meditation, mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, and other spiritual and healing practices in Bali, Thailand, California, Eritrea and India.
