⭐️ Description:

Join us for this Cacao, Breathwork and Meditation journey where you'll be guided through a profound exploration of your inner landscape, unlocking the pathways to joy and celebration.

⭐️ Beginning with Cacao and intention setting;

⭐️ Followed by conscious Breathwork to release stagnant energy and emotions;

⭐️Followed by a guided Meditation to reconnect to the joy in your life.

⭐️ At the end there will be time to reflect, journal, share and integrate.

⭐️ Things to bring: water bottle, journal and pen, wear comfortable clothes.

⭐️ Night before: avoid alcohol. Alcohol can block our intuition and it is also dehydrating. We want our bodies to be physically and energetically primed to take in all of the goodness and meditative powers of Cacao.

⭐️ Day of: avoid caffeine and dairy. Dairy can inhibit the absorption of antioxidants from Cacao, whilst caffeine can make us wired and jittery. Eat something very light before you come.

⭐️ We only use ethically sourced ceremonial grade Cacao that fairly supports the local communities that produce it.

⭐️ Be aware that the Theobromine in Cacao is a vasodilator; it increases the heart rate and lowers blood pressure. Since we will consume a ceremonial dose, it should be avoided if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, epileptic, on medication, or have a pre-existing heart condition. 

⭐️ Allergy info: the Cacao recipe will contain coconut oil, honey and various spices.
