Einführung & Philosophy Shivarocks Yogastil Traditioneller vs. Moderner Yoga (East meets West) Mentaltraining & Selbstreflektion / Aufbau einer Meditationspraxis Körper/Geist Zuordnung aus moderner Psychologie & Neurologie Shivarocks Yoga Basics – Grundstellungen, Flows, Pranayama (Atemtechnik), Meditation, Entspannung Art of Teaching Yoga – Unterrichtsmethodik/Didaktik Art of Sequencing – Stundenaufbau & Thema. Alignment – Ausrichtung des Körper und Geistes. Theorie über Anatomie und Bewegungsanatomie. Adjustments – Korrekturen & Hilfestellungen. Body-work. Hier lernst du anatomisch korrekt und sinnvoll in die Asana hineinzubegleiten bzw, Anpassungen vorzunehmen mit Hilfsmitteln (Props) Living your yoga – wie du dein Leben verändern und positiv gestalten kannst und dein Umfeld inspirierst.
