Geoff is a true teachers teacher. He has practiced for over 30 years and taught many thousands of hours since the mid 2000’s. His travels from country to country come mostly from word of mouth and through the experience of those who have had the opportunity to train with him in Bali or his home town of Byron Bay, Australia. He has the experience and ability to teach many different styles that make up Yoga, all the while staying true to the deepest wisdom of Yoga. The practice is the philosophy and each movement, breath, intention and sensation become the Yoga we experience in the mat. His ability to make us understand this in his teachings, and being able to show you the difference between looking like you are in a pose and experiencing it so intimately that you are the pose is what sets him apart. He regularly teaches in Bali, Australia, Europe, Switzerland and more.
