Cancellations
To save your space the registration fee of 500 CHF has to be deposited into our bank account, this fee is non-refundable and can not be translated by another person.
This amount will be rested from the final amount of your booking with the following options:
Shared Room: CHF 2200.– / Earlybird CHF 2000.–
Single Room: CHF 2500.– / Earlybird CHF 2300.–The Price includes lodging, all meals, travels during the yatra, and teachings.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations before December 25th, 2023:
The CHF 500.– reservation Fee will be charged.
For cancellations after December 25th, 2023:
50% of the total costs will be charged.
For cancellations after the 15th of January 2024:
The total amount will be charged.
If you drop out of the running yatra, there is no refund.
We highly recommend booking with travel insurance.
