Online Curriculum

Our ongoing online curriculum will be available for you from after the first in-person seminar of October 2023, and with lifetime access.

It is designed so you can progress in an organized, progressive, and accountable way. The online curriculum is complemented with live online classes that include short practices and space for Q&A. They will happen every 2 weeks from November to March. Specific dates will be provided upon registration and recordings will be available on the online platform.

In-Person Seminars

In parallel with the online curriculum, we will have 4 in-person seminars that you can attend either in Geneva, Zürich or Lugano, where you will especially deepen in yoga practice, and technique, and gain teaching experience.



July Retreat

The final stage of the training is in July with a 4-day retreat where you will have the opportunity to deepen your practice and yoga lifestyle.

The months of April, May, and June are an open space for you to finish the online curriculum, the written reports & final project and deepen your practice.
