Honest clarity guides us into a deeper sense of our being and connection to the source. Opening up for chances and transformation to evolve: our love, our path, our desires – to embody our deepest self and explore everything around us.
We warmly invite you to join us for a week-long retreat in the restful Portuguese countryside. We will be staying in a family run, eco-sustainable, permaculture-based Soul retreat center, the perfect place to find clarity.
Throughout the week, Erica and Kerstin will guide you through insightful yoga sessions, as well as exploring breathwork, meditation and different techniques to help you build upon and clarify your path. We will strive together, to inspire and awaken your superpowers.

● Share heartfelt moments with like-minded people around the fire in the evening – to improve communication & interpersonal relationships.

Your hosts:
Kerstin with her profound experience in energy work and spirit coaching, will guide you through a series of classes to help you energetically cleanse and rebalance your body and mind and connect on deeper levels of being.
Erica with her passion for Tantra Hatha yoga will guide you through a series of classes to help you release stagnant energy and digest old emotions that prevent us from remembering our true authentic selves.
Together we aim to provide you with a rich and heartful week. Filled with techniques and tools for daily use. With love we share our experience and support you to make the next step in your life.
More about the location: We have carefully selected this location, because we believe that connecting to Mother Nature is the most important route to finding clarity within oneself. The raw, organic and timeless power of the natural world brings us all a sense of simplicity and a true awareness of our energy within the glorious universe.

Accommodation and prices:
Single Room: 1340 chf
Twin Room (two people sharing): 1290 chf per person
Tree House (two people): 1290 chf per person
Loft dorm (5 people sharing): 1190 chf per person
Bunk dorm (8 people sharing): 990 chf per person
Teepee (3 people sharing): 970 chf (outdoor Toilets) per person

Travel Arrangements:
Faro and Lisbon are the closest airports, Faro is 1.5hour drive away and Lisbon is 2.5 hours drive away. Arrival at the venue is from 4pm on the 13 June and departure at 11 am on the 18 June, so flights that align with this would be best where possible. We strongly recommend hiring a car as this a great area to explore.
Alternatively, the cost for an 8-seater minibus from Lisbon is EUR 230 and from Faro EUR 160. We will group. people together wherever possible to share transfers. We strongly recommend hiring a car as this a great area to explore.
To book your spot: Please send us an email with the room you want to book and we will send you an invoice for the deposit to secure your place. Followed by a second invoice for the full amount one month before the retreat date.

Cancellations
PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION POLICY Payment Schedule: A deposit of CHF 500.00 is due at time of registration. This deposit is non refundable AND non transferable. You are also welcome to pay in full upon registration. To Secure the Early Bird rate: Payment due full by March 1st, 2022
Regular registration rate: Goes into effect for any registrations on or after March 1st, 2021. Payment in full is due no later than 13 May
Cancellation Policy No refunds once payment is made, payment due within one week of booking your retreat. By booking and paying for the retreat, you confirm acceptance of the terms & conditions stated here.
Refund Policy Thank you for being a part of our community! Please carefully read our refund policy – it applies to every one, every time! That includes our students, friends, family, and everyone in between.
Payment Policy We accept payment by bank transfer, bank details can be found above. Please also be sure to identify your transfer with the room that you’re booking.
Your Deposit Retreat is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please consider your circumstances, such as job stability, pet health, passport validity, immunizations, visa needs, relationship status, possibility of getting pregnant, etc, before placing your deposit for one of our programs. It is your responsibility to ensure you can attend the program before placing your deposit.
Travel Cancellation Insurance It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat or training, but unexpected things do happen that can be beyond your control. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance to cover any possible loss.
Cancellation Policy If you have to cancel your reservation with Soul City, Essence of Clarity Retreat please inform us as soon as possible. If you cancel your reservation altogether up to 60 days prior to the start date of your retreat, you will forfeit your deposit. The remaining balance may be used as credit for another event within two years of the date of your confirmed cancellation.
For last minute cancellations (less than 60 days prior to start date of your retreat) any fees paid will be non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to non-recoverable payments that we must make in advance to secure the retreat centers, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, including but not limited to natural disasters, inclement weather, acts of terrorism, illness, health conditions, medical or personal or family or work emergencies, or change of mind. If you cannot reach the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, weather circumstances, and missed, delayed or canceled flights, retreat fees are unfortunately non-refundable and non-transferable. If you arrive late or need to leave your retreat or training early, you will not receive any refund on the remaining time of your scheduled stay.
If we must cancel or postpone a scheduled retreat date for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible, and we will refund of your payments to us, constituting a full settlement including your deposit. We are not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled or postponed retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, visas fees and/or other costs associated with preparation for your trip.
Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, including personal injuries or emergencies. If you arrive late or need to leave your retreat or training early, you will not receive any refund on the remaining time of your scheduled stay. There is no cancellation nor refund for any reason including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, illness, health conditions, medical or personal or family or work emergencies, or change of mind. If you cannot reach the retreat or training due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, weather circumstances, and missed, delayed or canceled flights, retreat and training fees are unfortunately non-refundable and non-transferable.
We reserve the right to remove a participant from the program if their behavior is disruptive. In the event of dismissal, any refunds of tuition will be at the sole discretion of lead teacher.
