The Yoga Nest team is going to the woods AGAIN! This summer, we are hosting few events at Yoga Scheune that you won't want to miss. This time, we are inviting you to join our Women’s Circle.

Yoga Scheune is a beautiful wooden yoga shala in Meilen, just few minutes away from the train station. All you hear there is a tiny river and sound of the trees. 

What is our vision behind that Women's Circle? To inspire self-reflection, personal growth, and a deeper connection with ourselves and others. We'll come together to honor the divine feminine energy and connect with like-minded women. No masks required, ladies! This is the place where you can let go of the expectations and pressures of everyday life. Together, we'll learn how to show up authentically and be witnessed in all our glory as women. It's a safe space for all the amazing women out there to embrace their true selves, imperfections and all. We're here to support each other and stand up for ourselves.

This will also be a great combination of spending more time in the nature and getting to know our team. What can you expect? Experience gentle yoga flow, sound healing and conscious dance. We’ll also dive into journaling and sharing our thoughts and experiences with each other.
