Open Heart Cacao & K.Y. Experience

On Friday evening, we will gather for a sacred Cacao Ceremony infused with heart-opening practices and special meditations.

Then, on Saturday, immerse yourself in a 4-hour Kundalini Experience filled with powerful and extended practices and meditations.

You have the option to book this event as a bundle for the full immersive journey, or you can join us for either the Cacao Ceremony or the Kundalini Yoga session.

This special event will be co-hosted by myself and my dear friend Cynthia Reschke. Cynthia and I met 25 years ago in Barcelona, where our shared journey on the beautiful path of yoga began. Despite the years and miles that have separated us, it brings us immense joy to reunite and offer this mini urban retreat together.

Cynthia currently resides in Thailand, making this collaboration even more special as we come together from different corners of the world to share our passion for yoga and connection.We can't wait to create magic with you during this soul-nourishing weekend.
