Durch ein Sensory Warm-up (Sensorisches Aufwärmen), Neuro Joint Mobility (Gelenkmobilisation) und dynamische Mobility-Übungen (Movement Prep) in Kombination mit Übungen zur Säulenkräftigung (Pillar Prep) wird die Körperkerntemperatur, Muskelspannung und die neuromuskuläre Aktivierung optimal auf die bevorstehende Belastung vorbereitet. · Die Trainings finden an der frischen Luft statt (outdoor)- Trainiere in der Gruppe · Die Trainingseinheiten werden durch einen zertifizierten Coach/Trainer durchgeführt und überwacht; die Trainierenden sind somit immer unter professioneller Anleitung und Aufsicht. · Das Training ist für Einsteiger bis Fortgeschrittene.
