    Extremely beautiful place for working out and moving! The class was really well structured and I am extremely satisfied with quality. There was as well some drinks and hot tea. Would definitely come back!

    Eines der Besten Klassen bei Brandi gehabt, ihre Herzlichkeit ist zuckersüß man merkt sofort dass sie eine erfahrende Lehrerin ist, die Räumlichkeiten sind eines der schönsten Yogaräume die ich je gesehen habe. Wenn ich wieder in Zürich bin buche ich unbedingt noch einmal eine Class bei Brandi 🥰

    Our diverse and beautiful team of teachers brings a transformational magic to your practice. In our studio community, we share a deep respect for the body, a thoughtful approach to teaching, and a genuine connection with the people in the room.

    Häufig gestellte Fragen

    Our boutique studio is designed to be free from machines and distractions, focusing on the power of your own body. We utilize tools like the magic ring, Pilates ball, free weights, and yoga blocks to enhance your practice.
    We provide mats and essential equipment. Please bring a water bottle and towel. Personal belongings can be stored in our cubbies during your session. After class, take a moment to refresh in our space.
    If you can’t make it to your session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the spot to someone else. This helps keep our community flowing smoothly—late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full class credit.
    Your health and safety come first! If you have any medical concerns or conditions, we encourage you to check in with your doctor or a health professional before joining a class to ensure movement is right for you.
    We offer a shift in how you experience movement. At 369, every session is intentional, backed by expertise, and designed to bring out the best in your body and mind. But transformation doesn’t stop there. Our broader 369 concept recognizes that true well-being extends beyond the studio, shaping every area of life.
