Csc Polestudio ist die Abkürzung für Crazy Sexy Cool und ist aus der Showgruppe Csc Show Company entstandten. Du findest es im Kreis 9 Zürich ca 500 Meter vom Letzipark entfernt. Da Polefitness mit Floorwork, Akrobatik und Tanzen verbunden wird, wird es dir garantiert nicht langweilig. Zudem gibt es die möglichkeit in die Showdance Szene einzusteigen und Schülerinnen die das erlernen wollen werden gefördert. Die Schule bietet eine sehr Familiäre Atmosphäre und pflegt diese auch. Nelly M. Bajrami Gründerin von Csc Polestudio und Clubmanagerin im Gymone Fitnesscenter ist dazu Personaltrainerin und leidenschaftliche Showdance-Tänzerin. Ihre Lebenseinstellungen sind, > Erfolg hat 3 Buchstaben „TUN „ „von der Psyche zum Sport“ „Lebe deine Träume“ Natalie unsere Spining-Queen sprüht vor ansteckender Motivation und ist als Showdance -Tänzerin geboren. Kathi unsere Powerfrau liebte das Klettern egal in welcher Art schon immer und begeistert die Schülerinnen mit ihrer herzlichen Art sowie im Powertraining. Jaqueline ist unser Profi im Haus ist DIE Tänzerin der Cheerdancegruppe Eurodancers und schmückt unser Studio mit diversen Weltweit gewonnen Pokalen.

Häufig gestellte Fragen

Sport -Tanz-Akrobatik-Showdance-Events all in one. Langweilig wird es im CSC Pole-Studio bestimmt nicht da das Team dort gerne deine Persönlichen stärken fördert. Das Team legt viel wert auf Atmosphäre. Das wichtigste ist dass du gerne ins Training kommt’s egal auf welchem Level du bist.
Bitte erscheine bezeiten. Handtuch und Getränke selber mitnehmen. Knieschoner sind von Vorteil. Wir sind im 2. Stock links den Gang entlang. Parkplätze ums Gebäude oder im Notfall auch den Letzipark benutzen ( ca 500 m. zu Fuss entfernt)
Wir haben alles vor Ort. Bringe nur dein eigenes Sportoutfit mit. Wir trainieren mit sehr kurzen Hosen und Tops, für das Aufwärmen kannst du auch was langes anziehen.

Falls du zu Krämpfen neigst, empfehlen wir dir täglich Magnesium zu nehmen da der Polesport den Körper sehr stark beansprucht aber dafür auch sehr Positive körperliche Erfolge erzielt.
