    Da die physischen und mentalen Anforderungen an die Tänzer*innen in den letzten Jahren immens angestiegen sind, braucht es Anpassungen an die Trainingsgestaltung. Tänzerisches Techniktraining alleine genügt heute nicht mehr. Zusätzliche physische und mentale Trainingsmassnahmen werden immer wichtiger. Ebenso gehören Wissensinputs zur optimalen Trainingssteuerung und effiziente Erholungsmassnahmen dazu.

    Im Mittelpunkt steht für mich stets das Prinzip des effizienten Trainings (Body conditioning für Tänzer*innen, Ausdauertraining etc.) und genügend Erholung (Autogenes Training, Progressive Muskelrelaxation etc.) für Körper und Geist. Diese zwei Komponenten führen dazu, dass du das physisch und psychisch bereit bist und somit beste Ergebnisse auf der Bühne erzielen kannst.

    Bei mir findest du eine Auswahl an aktiven Trainingsinputs um deine Tanzperformance verbessern zu können sowie Erholungsstrategien zur Regulation der Regeneration.

    Neben Präventionstrainings für Tänzer*innen biete ich Pilates sowie Personal Trainings für alle Bewegungsinteressierte an.
