Carla‘s classes are the right mix for me: kinda strong, light, in flow, yoga essence but not too spiritual. She values each persons private space and gives the right instructions to improve my poses. I guess also others see it in this way as the community is growing with lot‘s of chill and like minded ppl.

I've been to many yoga studios, but yoga teacher Carla and Ljus Studio has by far the best yoga practice in Zürich. Her lessons are based on traditional ashtanga with a mix of vinyasa, which could be challenging but also rewarding. She always listens to practitioners' mental and physical condition, adjust accordingly, and gives us advice for both practice and life based on the philosophy of yoga. It feels very authentic and you could tell Carla is extremely well trained. Whoever are fed up with the trendy, flowy, shallow spiritual yoga that made you feel somewhat uncomfortable, this is the place to go!

About the Team
LJUS STUDIO is a co-working space that gives room for photography, yoga and meditation. Our working activities might differ, but each one of us as Ljus Studio share a common ground; we love and are dedicated to what we do. Through our work, we are engaging with our world in the best way we can. Ljus is the Swedish word for light. In life, in yoga, and in photography light is our main source of energy. We hope you can feel that light and energy when you visit us.
