Frequently Asked Questions

Weil du 45 Minuten lang etwas Gutes für deinen Körper und somit auch für deinen Geist tust, weil du dich gerne zu Musik bewegst, weil du dich leichter in einer Gruppe mit einem motivierten Coach anstrengst und grundsätzlich Spass an einem ausgeglichenen, kräftigen und trotzdem geschmeidigen Körper hast!
Indoor trainieren wir barfuss. Du brauchst etwas zu Trinken, ein kleines Frottétuch und falls du hast, eine eigene Yogamatte. Du kannst sonst vor Ort eine ausleihen. Outdoor bist du in Turnschuhen, mit einem grossen Badetuch, einem kleinen Frottétuch und etwas zu Trinken gut gerüstet. In der kalten Jahreszeit macht es Sinn, dich im Zwiebelschalen Prinzip zu kleiden, damit du dich nicht erkältest, nicht zu kühl und nicht zu heiss hast.
Grundsätzlich für alle sportlichen Levels geeignet. Du darfst dich aber nicht vor Anstrengung und dem Schwitzen fürchten ;-) Mir ist eine korrekte Ausführung der Übungen enorm wichtig, daher behalte ich die Gruppen klein und übersichtlich. Ich bitte dich, wenn du körperliche Einschränkungen und Probleme hast, mich vorher zu informieren. Mein physiotherapeutischer Hintergrund hilft mir, dir eine angepasste Variante einer Übung zu zeigen oder auch mal darauf hinzuweisen, wo nun Vorsicht geboten ist. Wichtig: indoor begleitet mich meistens meine kleine Dansky Hündin Gini. Sie schläft in ihrer Box während wir schwitzen. Wer eine Hundehaar Allergie hat, sollte besser ins outdoor PhysYoHIIT kommen!
So schnell wie möglich auf eversports oder der dazugehörigen App wieder austragen (wenn du die schon heruntergeladen und aktiviert hast) oder dich bei mir per Mail oder WhatsApp abmelden (Neukunden).
Outdoor stehen keine sanitären Anlagen oder Umkleideräume zur Verfügung. Ein grosser Parkplatz ist direkt vor Ort. Bei Regen können wir unter ein Dach, sind aber Kälte und Wind immer ausgesetzt. Im Sommer geniessen wir es auf dem königlichen Fussballrasen trainieren zu dürfen. Im Meck in Frick gibt es Parkplätze hinter dem Haus. Das Training ist im obersten Stock. Es hat eine Garderobe, Toiletten und auch Duschen, welche zur Verfügung stehen. Wenn du keine Matte hast, kannst du dir vor Ort eine ausleihen. Meine kleine Dansky Hündin Gini schläft in ihrer Box während wir schwitzen. Wer eine Hundehaar Allergie hat, sollte besser ins outdoor PhysYoHIIT kommen!
