A beautiful spot, and spa vibes. However, as a first timer, an introduction to the machine would have helped me feel safe (I arrived a good 15’ in advance for this reason). The instructor aggressively grabbing and directing me, and repeating what not to do (rather than what to do), while I tried to orient myself to the machine, sadly distracted from what could have been a fun and calming workout.
