Join my invigorating Hatha Yoga class, a strong practice centered on holding traditional Asanas (postures) while also incorporating some Vinyasa (flow). The extended holds of asanas provide an opportunity for practitioners to grasp proper alignment - guided by me - extending even to advanced poses like headstands and crow pose. While you immerse yourself in an energising workout, my approach also places a strong emphasis on enhancing your mobility and flexibility.

I fell out of the habit of doing yoga after a head injury so I was a bit nervous getting back into it but Sophie’s classes have been great for me because they’re really inclusive and accommodating. I love how she explains each pose clearly with tips of how you should be feeling in your body. I’ve already noticed improvements and have built confidence in my practice. It’s also a really social atmosphere with a mix of friendly en-speaking locals and internationals :)

It is nice to find a yoga class that is challenging and makes you work up a sweat while still focusing on relieving stiff muscles and joints from daily office life - It’s a great class to add to your workout regeime. I saw a significant improvement in my flexibility and knee pain after a few weeks of regular yoga practice with Sophie.

Sophie's 60 min yoga class is the perfect balance between strength and mindfulness, for a strong full body workout! Focus on improving flexibility, posture and mobility through traditional yoga moves and also promotes mindfulness and stress relief at the same time! A really great yoga class for seasoned yogis and newcomers looking to explore the benefits of yoga. The studio in Goldbrunnenplatz is lovely and adds to the experience too! Highly recommend!
