Qualified RYT® 500 Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher. Join my invigorating Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga classes in Zurich, a strong practice centered on holding traditional Asanas (postures) while also incorporating some Vinyasa (flow). The extended holds of asanas provide an opportunity for practitioners to grasp proper alignment - guided by me - extending even to advanced poses like headstands and crow pose. While you immerse yourself in an energising workout, my approach also places a strong emphasis on enhancing your mobility and flexibility.

Sophie's guidance enabled me to immerse myself in the present moment and unwind. It was a perfectly balanced blend of dynamic and soothing exercises, all set in a cool environment :).

I have never taken a yoga class before, so I was very nervous starting Sophie’s class. Flexibility has always been an issue for me so I knew I wouldn’t be able to do many of the positions. Sophie’s class was empowering while still including all the accommodations I needed. Sophie was attentive and helped me do the positions correctly, without making me feel unwelcome or dumb for not not knowing what to do. Yoga at Soasana Yoga was a great experience and I can’t wait to go back!

I love being able to end my day with a yoga class by Sophie! Her classes allow you to build strength while ending feeling completely relaxed and at ease. Her classes have helped me come back to a sense of calmness during the chaos of everyday life. Truly a wonderful experience and I look forward to many days on the mat! 🫶🏻

I have had the pleasure of enjoying Sophie’s classes twice now. I have attended other yoga classes in the past and have felt so out of my depth and stressed as I am not a ‘yogi’.
