Welcome to yin.flow - your space for balance through MOVEMENT and AWARENESS, where body, breath and mind reunite..

At yin.flow, I invite you to explore the natural rhythm between movement and stillness, strength and softness, energy and rest. In my classes, I offer a space where you can return to your body, slow down and reconnect with what truly supports you. I teach a unique blend of:

🧘‍♀️ Yin Yoga focuses on releasing deep tension, increasing flexibility, and inviting you into quiet stillness. 🌿 Hatha Yoga gently builds strength and mobility while cultivating a sense of grounded presence. Often, you’ll experience a nourishing blend of these two approaches, enriched with elements of Myofascial Release to deepen your body awareness and support your nervous system. 🏋️‍♀️ I also specialize in Yoga for Athletes crafted for both recreational movers and professional athletes to enhance recovery, build resilience, boost performance and bring clarity and calm to active bodies and focused minds.

Wherever you are on your path - whether you're just beginning, seeking a reset or looking to deepen your practice, I also offer personalized 1:1 sessions tailored to your unique needs.Beyond the mat, I guide meditation practices to help you slow down, tune in and embrace stillness amidst life’s movement. These mindful moments nurture presence and support you in reconnecting with yourself on a deeper level.

This was an amazing experience with Yin Yoga. Aldona is a very attentive teacher – she adapted the exercises to my level, as I didn’t have much prior experience. I felt very comfortable throughout the session. After the breathing techniques, I felt deeply relaxed. This is my favorite type of yoga, and I will definitely come back again!

Über das Team

Aldona is a passionate yoga teacher (200 RYT) devoted to helping others find balance through movement and awareness. Her unique approach blends Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Myofascial Release, guiding students through practices that are both restorative and energizing. She also specializes in Yoga for Athletes.

Her classes create space to land in the body, combining strength with softness, movement with stillness. You’ll explore deep flexibility, build sustainable mobility and strength and return to your center - all while cultivating awareness and ease.

With a background in the corporate world, Aldona understands the importance of mindful pauses in a fast-paced life. Her sessions offer not just physical movement, but a reset for the nervous system - supporting resilience, calm and embodied presence, both on and off the mat.

A nature and movement lover as well as holistic healing enthusiast, Aldona teaches in English, German and Polish. She loves creating inclusive, soul-nourishing spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and each other.

The studio is fully equipped with all the props you need, so you don’t have to bring anything. However, if you prefer to use your own mat, feel free to bring it along - it's entirely up to you!
Yoga classes are held in English, with translation to German and Polish when needed.
Location & Arrival The yoga class takes place at Atman Studio Zürich, located in Kreis 4, inside Hotel Greulich. The entrance is on the ground floor - simply enter through the hotel, walk through the corridor along the restaurant and you’ll find the studio just right there. Public transport: The venue is well connected - just a short walk from Helvetiaplatz or Bäckeranlage tram stops. If you’re driving, paid street parking is available nearby. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the class. What to Bring & Wear  · Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. Having yoga attire is always good. · Your own yoga mat if you wish, otherwise mats are available at the studio. · A small towel & water bottle or tea if you feel like. · For Yin Yoga class, you might also like to bring warm socks and a sweater for extra comfort.
