About the Team
Pilates Zürich wurde 2010 von Beatrice Eggimann gegründet. Bereits 2004 eröffnete sie Pilates Bern als Ein-Frau-Betrieb. Inzwischen besteht Pilates Zürich aus einem stattlichen Team von engagierten und kompetenten Pilates und Yoga Trainerinnen und Trainern. Deine Trainerin oder dein Trainer führt dich durch kontrollierte, fliessende Bewegungen, integriert die Prinzipien des klassischen Pilates sowie des Fazientrainings, reichert das Training mit Elementen anderer Bewegungsmethoden wie Yoga oder Functional Training an und stellt dir jeweils verschiedene Varianten einer Übung - von leicht bis anspruchsvoll - zur Auswahl. Pilates Zürich was founded in 2010 by Beatrice Eggimann after successfully establishing Pilates Bern in 2004. Since then, Pilates Zürich has grown to comprise a team of competent and engaged Pilates and Yoga instructors. Your instructor will guide you through controlled and flowing movements, integrating the principles of classical Pilates as well as fascial training. Elements from diverse movement disciplines such as Yoga and Functional Training are woven through our classes and we offer different variations of the exercises, from beginner to advanced, for you to choose from.
